We understand that circumstances may change, and clients may need to cancel their translation requests or seek a refund if they are not satisfied with our services.

Therefore, we have developed the following cancellation and refund policy:

1.Cancellation Period: Clients may cancel their translation service request at any time before the commencement of the translation process. Once the translation process has begun, cancellations may not be possible, and clients may be liable for the full service fee.

2.Cancellation Procedure: Clients must notify Amberfin Services LTD of their intention to cancel a translation service request by contacting us via email at help@lyngoloom.com. The cancellation request must include the client’s name, order number, and reason for cancellation.

3.Refund Policy:

3.1.Unsatisfactory Translation: In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a client is not satisfied with the quality of the translation services provided by Amberfin Services LTD, they have the right to request a refund within 30 days of receiving the completed translation. The client must provide specific details and examples of why the translation is unsatisfactory. Amberfin Services LTD will assess the claim and if found valid, will issue a full or partial refund within 14 days of receiving the request.

3.2.Cancellation before Translation Process: If the cancellation request is made before the commencement of the translation process, the client will be eligible for a full refund of any payments made. This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which grants consumers a cooling-off period of 14 days from the date the contract is entered into.

3.3.Cancellation after Translation Process Begins: If the translation process has already begun and the client decides to cancel, refunds may not be available. However, in compliance with UK consumer protection laws, Amberfin Services LTD will assess each case individually and may offer partial refunds at its discretion based on the progress of the translation and any expenses incurred.

3.4.Refund Processing Time: Refunds for eligible cases will be processed within 14 days upon approval by Amberfin Services LTD. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction.
