4.1 Delivery of Translations: Lyngoloom endeavors to deliver completed translations within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, timelines may vary based on project complexity and volume.

4.2 Expedited Services: Expedited services with guaranteed delivery within 24 hours are available for an additional fee.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Accuracy of Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for the provision of Services. The Company shall not be liable for errors arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client.

6. Quality Assurance and Revisions

6.1 Quality Standards: Lyngoloom aims to deliver high-quality translations. Clients may request revisions within a reasonable timeframe if the delivered translation does not meet agreed-upon standards.

6.2 Revisions and Amendments: Revisions requested due to errors on the Company’s part will be provided at no additional charge. Requests for revisions due to changes in the Client’s requirements may incur additional fees.

7. Cancellation and Refunds
